Time Zone Planner

Plan a meeting
🌍 400+ time zones · live clocks · overlap grid — 100% in your browser

Find the meeting time that works for everyone.

Add the cities in play, set your working hours, and the planner shows exactly when everyone's schedules overlap — with live clocks and one-click time conversion. No more 6 AM calls.

🕐

Live world clocks

Every zone you add shows its current time and UTC offset, updated live — DST changes handled automatically.

🧩

Overlap grid

A 24-hour grid per zone highlights working hours and shades the columns where everyone is free.

🔒

Nothing uploaded

All time math uses your browser's built-in Intl API. No server, no account, no tracking.

24-hour overlap

Cells = local hour. Cyan = working hours · solid = everyone free · outlined = now. Click a solid cell to set the meeting.

How it works

Three steps from scattered time zones to a locked-in meeting time.

1

Add the cities

Search 400+ IANA time zones by city or ID. Each one appears with a live clock and its current UTC offset.

2

Set working hours

Pick the hours everyone is realistically available — 9–5 by default. The grid highlights each zone's working window.

3

Read the overlap

Solid columns are the times when every zone is in working hours. Click one, confirm converted times, copy the summary.

Where does your data go? Nowhere.

Calendar and scheduling apps ask for deep access to your calendar, contacts, and email. A meeting-time calculator needs none of that.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about planning across time zones.

How does the Time Zone Planner find the best meeting time?

Each zone you add gets its own 24-hour row. Working hours (9 AM – 5 PM by default, adjustable) are highlighted per zone, and the planner shades the columns where every selected zone is inside working hours at the same instant. The green blocks are the times when everyone is available — click any block to set the meeting.

Does it handle daylight saving time correctly?

Yes. All conversions use the IANA time zone database through your browser's native Intl API, which reflects each zone's real DST rules. Offsets update automatically on the day they change, and the overlap grid re-computes around DST transitions.

Are my times and locations uploaded anywhere?

No. Every conversion happens in your browser using the built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat API. Your zone selections, meeting times, and working-hour preferences are never sent to a server, there's no account, no tracking, and nothing is stored after you close the page.

Can I find a time for more than two time zones?

Yes — add as many zones as you need. The overlap grid scales to every selected zone, so a three-, four-, or ten-location meeting still shows one clear set of columns where all working hours intersect.

How do I convert a specific meeting time across zones?

Pick a reference zone, set the date and time of the meeting in that zone, and every other selected zone instantly shows the equivalent local time — including day shifts (for example 3 PM in London is 10 AM in New York). The converted list updates as you type.

Which time zones are available?

The planner includes all 400+ IANA time zones — every populated region with its correct DST rules — plus a curated list of major business cities for quick adding. Search by city name or zone ID, or add the current city automatically with one click.
